    I have about 10 IPTV customers using SX888 boxes. They have all lost picture and sound on all channels. I had hoped the latest firmware update would correct the problem, but there is no change. (Firmware (Software) Update V10562 29-08-2021).
    Should I try an earlier version of the firmware?
